Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-07-29 · Last updated: 2026-07-29
Plain-English summary. GoGuide is a travel search-and-comparison service. When you book a flight, hotel, tour, car, or train through GoGuide, your booking is with the airline, hotel, or other travel provider — not with GoGuide. GoGuide facilitates the search and, where applicable, the redirect or checkout with that provider. Prices, availability, cancellation rules, and refund policies are set by the provider.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://goguide.com (the "Service"), operated by ATTAP LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of New York, USA with its principal place of business at 70 East 10th Street, New York, NY 10003 ("GoGuide", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@goguide.com · +1 (917) 705-0811.

2. What GoGuide does

GoGuide is a travel-metasearch and comparison service. We aggregate flight, hotel, tour, car-rental, and rail inventory from third-party travel service providers ("Providers"), and we present that inventory to you alongside destination content sourced from public data (Wikipedia, Wikivoyage, REST Countries, and others). Where a Provider supports it, we may facilitate a redirect or an in-Service checkout that submits your booking request to that Provider on your behalf.

GoGuide is not the principal supplier of any transportation, accommodation, tour, or ancillary service listed on the Service. We do not own, operate, or control any airline, hotel, tour operator, car-rental company, or rail carrier.

3. Providers and third-party terms

GoGuide integrates with the following categories of Providers:

Each Provider has its own terms of carriage, cancellation policy, and dispute-resolution process. When you make a booking, you also agree to that Provider's terms. GoGuide is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, or non-performance of any Provider.

4. Prices, taxes, and full-fare display

Prices displayed on the Service are provided by the Provider and are inclusive of all mandatory taxes and fees where the Provider supplies that information to us. For flights advertised to consumers in the United States, GoGuide complies with the U.S. Department of Transportation's full-fare advertising rule (14 C.F.R. §399.84): displayed prices include base fare plus all mandatory government-imposed taxes and airline-imposed carrier surcharges.

Optional services (baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, insurance, in-destination extras) are not included unless expressly stated. Currency conversions shown on the Service use daily exchange rates from public sources and are for information only; the final charge will be in the Provider's currency at the Provider's exchange rate.

5. Booking flow and the contract of carriage / stay

When you initiate a booking through the Service:

6. 24-hour cancellation for U.S. flights

For flights involving travel to, from, or within the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (14 C.F.R. §259.5(b)(4)) require the airline to allow you to cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking, at no penalty, provided the reservation was made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled departure. This right runs with the airline; to exercise it, contact the airline directly using the contact information in your booking confirmation, or reach out to us at hello@goguide.com and we will assist you in reaching the airline.

7. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the Provider's rules for your specific booking. Common cases:

To request a change, cancellation, or refund, use the Provider's self-service tools or contact the Provider directly using the details in your confirmation. If you need help reaching the Provider, contact us at hello@goguide.com.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

Because your booking contract is with the Provider, disputes about the underlying travel service (schedule changes, cancellations, quality of accommodations, service failures) should be raised first with the Provider. If a Provider fails to resolve a legitimate dispute, we will assist you in escalating.

Chargebacks initiated against a Provider or its payment processor without first attempting good-faith resolution may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of your access to the Service.

9. Traveler information and identification

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names (matching government-issued identification), dates of birth, and, where applicable, passport or nationality information. Bookings issued with inaccurate information may be non-refundable and may not be honored by the Provider. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all visa, health, immunization, and entry requirements applicable to your itinerary.

10. Your use of the Service

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law; (b) scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service other than through publicly available APIs and in accordance with our robots.txt; (c) resell or systematically extract inventory from the Service; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service; or (e) use the Service to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by GoGuide and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Photography displayed on the Service is credited to its source (Unsplash, Wikimedia Commons, Pexels, or Provider-supplied assets) and is used under the license granted by that source. You may not remove or alter attribution.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GoGuide does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including inventory, pricing, and availability) provided by Providers is accurate, complete, or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGuide disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGuide, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any booking made through the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. GoGuide's total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees GoGuide has actually received from you, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGuide, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
